You can also compare a ZIP3 trend with national or state-level context from the imported FHFA data.
What you cannot know from ZIP3 HPI alone
You cannot know the exact historical value of one house, one street, one subdivision, or one full ZIP5 from the ZIP3 index alone.
Individual property history requires deed records, assessment records, listing history, appraisals, or comparable-sale analysis.
